As snow fell in New York today, Zendaya and “The Greatest Showman” cast visited the Empire State Building today, where they participated in a lighting ceremony to promote the film.

The 21-year-old actress and footwear entrepreneur — who was spotted in London doing press for the movie earlier this week— wore a long black double-breasted blazer over a white collared shirt and a full green skirt.

Wearing Clarks boots, co-star Zac Efron, who appeared with Zendaya, made headlines this week for revealing how much he enjoyed his on-screen kiss with Zendaya. “This might be my favorite kiss, I think ever,” he said in an interview with with Norwegian FilmWebTV.

The “Greatest Showman” opens in theaters on Dec. 20.

Following a whirlwind trip to London last week, where she attended the British Fashion Awards, Zendaya was spotted doing more press for her latest film, “The Greatest Showman,” in New York on Monday.

Hustling from talk show to talk show, the 21-year-old actress and shoe entrepreneur wore five fabulous outfits styled to perfection by “image architect” Law Roach.

Around the time that it was announced that the film, co-starring Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron, was nominated for three Golden Globes yesterday morning, Zendaya coincidentally kicked off the day in a head-to-toe gold ensemble.

“Today’s accidental reference…Golden Globes,” the star, who plays a trapeze artist in the movie, captioned a photo on Instagram of her first outfit, featuring a shimmering Giuseppe di Morabito gold coatdress paired with sky-high Paul Andrew Pogany mirrored-leather sandals.

The Daya by Zendaya co-founder’s second look, for her appearance on the “Today” show, was a bold one, consisting of an orange and gold polka dot patterned jacket and dress from Mary Katrantzou’s spring ’18 collection and sharp white satin Blade pumps by Casadei.

Next, for “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” the former Disney actress stayed in the same sleek pointed 4.5-inch heels and slipped into a Stella Jean off-the-shoulder top and a high-waisted orange and purple skirt featuring monkey artwork from the Italian designer’s spring ’18 collection.

Switching things up a bit for the “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Zendaya rocked a sleeveless floral jumpsuit and brown leather jacket from Chloé’s spring ’18 collection paired with multicolored geometric patterned Sergio Rossi sr1 ankle boots with a subtle lace-up detailing.

Zendaya’s Best Red Carpet Looks of 2017

Zendaya is no stranger to walking the red carpet — she shot to stardom as a tween on the Disney Channel’s “Shake It Up.”

But Zendaya took her red carpet style to the next level in 2017, when she began experimenting with bolder looks, with the help of longtime stylist Law Roach, whose clients include Demi Lovato, Céline Dion and Ariana Grande.

For the Dec. 20 premiere of “The Greatest Showman” in Sydney, Zendaya sported her most daring look yet. The 21-year-old stepped out in a Moschino butterfly dress that almost looked ready to take flight. She tied her look together with Stuart Weitzman Nudist sandals — a classic silhouette often spotted on the red carpet.

Aside from the Moschino gown, Zendaya has sported other unexpected looks on the red carpet. At the Teen Choice Awards, she wore a sparkly pajama-esque look from Ashish, accessorizing with shiny Le Silla sandals. The menswear-inspired look stood out among the minidresses and classic gowns worn by other event attendees — and Zendaya made bestdressed lists in the ensemble.

While Zendaya often expresses her personal style through bold silhouettes,  the actress sometimes opts to make a statement through color. At a premiere for “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” Zendaya stunned in a hot-pink Ralph & Russo gown, which she paired with matching Casadei pumps for a Barbie-esque look.

How the Disney Channel Helped Céline Dion Find Stylist Law Roach

Call it a comeback of sorts, but when Céline Dion walked out of her hotel during summer ’16 in Paris wearing the Vetements “Titantic” oversized hoodie with the faces of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet plastered on it, she caused a frenzy.

Dion paired it with simple jeans and not-so-simple Gucci sandals. That moment, her legacy as a fashion icon may have been sealed, thanks to stylist Law Roach.

Céline Dion

Céline Dion in a Vetements hoodie and Gucci shoes.

The Canadian singer and Roach’s partnership sparked her full-on fashion transformation. Donning editorial-esque ensembles, sitting front-row at fashion weeks and making sweatsuits look couture, Dion has truly hit her climax as a fashion maven with guidance from the stylist.

The self-described image architect infuses his unique style sensibility into the industry’s heavy hitters.

His client roster includes Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Jessie J and Mary J. Blige. He’s also responsible for transforming Zendaya from a Disney child actor to one of the most influential and relevant style stars today. The two launched a clothing and footwear brand, Daya by Zendaya, where Roach is co-creative director.

Here, Roach opens up on first meeting Dion and how the Las Vegas ace is owning the fashion landscape nearly 30 years into her storied career.

How did you and Céline start working together?
“We met officially at the Billboard Awards in 2016. It was her first performance since her husband, René, had passed away. I was working with Ariana Grande, and she performed at the award show. We met in Céline’s dressing room, and we talked about fashion. I assured her that I understood her aesthetic and style, and that I wanted to introduce her to brands that she had never worn, and emerging designers. The next day, I got a call, and they said, ‘Céline wants you to come to Paris with her for a month to try things out.’ I quickly said yes, and it’s been two years.”

What attracted her to you and your work?
“In that meeting, I asked Céline how she found me. She explained that at the time, her boys were 5 and they watched ‘K.C. Undercover,’ which was Zendaya’s Disney show. She didn’t know Zendaya, but she knew K.C. [the character]. She started to notice K.C. in magazines, and she started watching what this girl wore and all things that this girl could wear, she thought she could wear and want to wear. She thought that was amazing. So Céline said she Googled who [Zendaya’s] stylist was, and she said my name popped up.”

Why do you think Céline’s style revival garnered so much attention?
“Who you see is Céline. It’s always been Céline. [But] the world didn’t have the opportunity to see Céline in her true form, so what that means is that she is all the things you see us create. She is jeans and a T-shirt and a cool pair of booties and a leather jacket. She is also very much a full head-to-toe couture look. This is really who she is. I don’t think the world had the opportunity to see her. She was undeniably the queen of rhinestone and sequins, but there’s so much more to her.”

celine dion paris style

Céline Dion stepped out in Paris wearing head-to-toe Gucci and carried an Hermès handbag.

What has been a challenge so far?
“She is truly a guru of fashion. She knows what is happening in fashion. She has clippings from magazines that she uses for inspiration from years and years ago in binders. It’s incredible to be around her. She’s challenged me so much as a stylist and in fittings because of her eye. She’s been doing this for so long, her attention to detail and the way she knows tailoring — I challenge myself to see things wrong before she sees them. She definitely made me a better stylist.”

Can you put Céline’s style into words?
“Absolutely fearless. You can’t define it. I can literally bring her anything. I think the biggest example of that is when I brought her the Vetements ‘Titanic’ sweatshirt. They sent it from the archives because it was sold out everywhere, and I held on to it for like a week. I was nervous to bring it to her. I didn’t want to seem kitschy. So when I mustered up the courage to show it to her, she loved it, and she wanted to wear it that day. It was simple. We put it with jeans, these Gucci sandals and a little Tod’s bag and some shades. She walked out of that hotel like she was wearing a f**king couture gown.”

Do you think her fearlessness comes from being a performer?
“I think Céline was just born that way. I always say I wish everyone in the world could meet her. There’s something so special about her. She has a really creative spirit and a vivid imagination, and clothes are art to her. I don’t think I’ve met anyone with a love of clothes and fashion in that way. That’s her thing. There’s no such thing as in dressing up for her. That’s just how she lives her life. She gets up in the morning and puts on clothes, and they just happen to be so beautiful.”

What’s your role in her Las Vegas residency?
“When I started, Vegas was set. It’s a well-oiled machine. The one look I put in the show was the gold Versace look with the feather shoes. That’s the only look in the show I added. I do go to Vegas and consult.”

Céline Dion

Céline Dion in Versace during a Las Vegas show.

Are heels a problem?
“That’s all she wants to wear. They have to be like 5 or 6 inches, and if she’s wearing flats or sneakers, they have to be something really cool. She doesn’t like simple at all. Less is never more for her.”

What are some of your favorite Céline ensembles?
“My favorite, and the most memorable and one the most proudest moments of my career, was her at the Billboard Awards in 2017 wearing the [white] Stephane Rolland couture dress when she performed ‘My Heart Will Go On.’ And for the culture — the Vetements ‘Titantic’ sweatshirt. Also, one of the earlier looks we did was just jeans and a T-shirt and this beautiful Off-White coat. That started the world’s reaction.”

Céline Dion

As you continue to grow, how do you feel about your career so far?
“I’m a little black boy from the South Side of Chicago who got into this industry not through nepotism. I made my own way, and I’m proud. I wasn’t an assistant or an intern; I didn’t have those opportunities. And for me to build a legacy in this industry, I’m proud of that. I’m even prouder when it’s inspiring someone who looks like me.”

Former First Lady Michelle Obama hosted her fifth annual National College Signing Day today in Philadelphia with a celeb-packed event to celebrate. Approximately 8,000 high school seniors filled Temple University’s Liacouras Center to take part in performances and pep talks from the likes of Zendaya, Robert DeNiro, Karlie Kloss, Janelle Monae and more.

Skechers ambassador Camila Cabello was on hand to perform, ditching sneakers for white ankle booties as she hit the stage. Kelly Rowland, on the other hand, was laced up in Nikes — a secure choice for her energetic leap into the air as she was introduced before speaking to the students.

A first-generation college student, herself, Obama of course also dropped jewels of wisdom throughout the day.

“I am so proud of you all. You did just what I did. You ignored the haters,” said Obama. “I want you to know: It is perfectly normal for you to be scared about this next step. I certainly was.”

She added, “We love you so much. We have such high hopes for you. I know you have everything it takes to succeed.”

Obama also shared several photos to her Instagram account to commemorate the festivities.

“#CollegeSigningDay has become one of my favorite traditions. It’s a day when we can all come together to honor your passion and ambition and cheer you on,” she said in a caption for one of her posts.

National College Signing Day was started by the former First Lady in 2014 as a means to highlight and celebrate students headed for college. This year 600,000 students were registered to participate in the special occasion, with events taking place in 2,000 different locations nationwide. Past fetes have been held in Detroit, New York and San Antonio, Texas.

Twitter has come for Zendaya’s feet.

After posting a set of three photos of herself in the pool with her dog Noon yesterday, fans were quick to call out the former Disney starlet’s slightly water-warped feet.

In the snapshots, the 21-year-old California native showed off a bright yellow one-shoulder tie bikini while cozying up to her small black pup on the steps. “Anyone who knows Noon knows he does not f*** with the pool (so proud mom moment) he got to the first step all on his own,” she wrote.

The “Spider-Man: Homecoming” actress’ adorable pictures with her pooch soon became the subject of Twitter commentary, with some unable to hold back their comments about the appearance of her feet.

One user responded to Zendaya’s post with two zoomed-in shots of her feet and the simple caption “water is so cruel sometimes.”

Another shared what appears to be a photoshopped picture of Zendaya with oversized feet, writing “Cmon now who did this to Z’s feet?”

Catching on to the Internet’s chatter, the “Greatest Showman” star tweeted, “Y’all ain’t bout to do my feet with the water warping.” To that, one user responded with a photo of the designer’s feet looking perfect, tweeting “Y’all stop. Her Feet are nicer than all of ours.”

As a celebrity who travels often, it can be difficult finding a balance between comfort and style for the airport. Yesterday morning, Zendaya delivered a look that accomplished both in the most effortless way.

The actress walked out of the terminal in L.A. rocking a casual outfit which included a gray hoodie layered underneath a black duster peacoat that she topped off with matching dark leggings. Though her coat added a level of elegance to her attire, it was the 21-year-old’s shiny All Saints boots that brought her travel outfit to another level.

Instagram Photo

Her footwear features a chunky 3-inch heel that can easily be dressed up — or in this case, down. What makes the footwear great for a day of jet setting is the comfy glove-like fit towards the tip and the back zipper. The design makes the trendy label’s Inez boots a breeze to take on and off when going through security.

One thing’s for sure, Zendaya’s shoe choice is certainly a step up from the conventional sneakers that many travelers wear. Since it tends to be cooler on planes and airports, boots can also be a great way to keep warm.

She continued the joke in the caption for a photo posted to her Instagram grid, writing, “Lookin like a fine ass unwrapped, caramel filled Hershey’s kiss.”

Wildest Looks From BET Awards Over the Years You Have to See to Believe

With the BET Awards airing tonight, we thought we’d take a peek into the red carpet archives to see what we could find. The results have us grateful that style is an evolving concept.

The BET Awards marks its 18th year of celebrating the best in athletics, film and music; over the award show’s lifetime, attendees have always made daring fashion choices.

Take Zendaya, for example. The singer is known for her ability to pull off any look.

In 2014, the actress rocked a blue and black tracksuit-inspired ensemble paired with an oversized ball cap and black studded platform heels. To top it off, she added oversized hoops and long braids as finishing touches.

Before Zendaya came on the scene, though, musician Bootsy Collins brought an eccentric vibe to the 2004 BET Awards. Clothed in rhinestone-embellished sunglasses, a purple coat and matching top hat, Collins definitely drew eyes on the red carpet.

Our favorite part of his look? The glittering over-the-knee boots that have us thinking about the popular $10,000 YSL boots.

In its inaugural year, the 2001 BET Awards showed all the best in early 2000s fashion. “Baywatch” star Traci Bingham went monochromatic in her look, a style that has come back around in recent seasons.

The all-orange outfit with a fur jacket and bedazzled purse could only be worn with a pair of orange sandals with an asymmetric heel for a twist.

Why Zendaya Is a Strong Choice for Tommy Hilfiger’s Next Collab

Tommy Hilfiger is not slowing down when it comes to his collaborations. After successful lines with Gigi Hadid and his most recent with Lewis Hamilton, the designer is now looking to Zendaya to carry on his winning streak.

The actress, who is filming “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” will be the new global women’s ambassador for the brand. She will appear in Tommy Hilfiger’s global integrated campaign beginning in spring ’19, while also launching her own see-now-buy-now Tommy x Zendaya capsule collection in February.

With this partnership, the company is looking to celebrate diversity while creating product that showcases her eclectic style, which is a selling point all on its own.

Zendaya has established her individuality through fashion early on, thanks to stylist Law Roach. Wearing avant-garde designs, which she pulls off seamlessly, she regularly pushes the limits when it comes to style.

She is also no stranger to the design world. She launched Daya by Zendaya footwear and ready-to-wear in 2016, and though her label has since shuttered, the debut was well-received. Her mantra was to create designs that would empower her customers and allow women to feel beautiful, all at an accessible price point — something Hilfiger has also done through the years.

Zendaya’s authenticity and ability to connect with the needs and wants of the young consumer is in line with what Hilfiger has done for decades, too.

“I’m about empowering young people, women and people of color — everybody. I try my best to be a light source in a dark world sometimes,” she told FN at the time of her brand launch.

With 53 million followers on Instagram, Zendaya continues to use her platform for good, and now she has the opportunity to do that once again through fashion.

“People who were overlooked in the past are now being celebrated,” Hilfiger said in his FN cover story this month. “As an inclusive and democratic brand, we’ve always thought about how we become more inclusive.”

He continued: “We look at everything and everyone, and think about how to move the needle forward. If that means doing a collab with someone who is doing something breakthrough and new, we consider it. But we have to like what they are doing or what kind of people they are.”

For the first time, Tommy Hilfiger is staging its “Tommy Now” show at Paris Fashion Week.

The brand’s see-now, buy-now spring ’19 show will be held March 2 in Paris — a follow-up to previous shows held in Milan, New York, London and Los Angeles.

Spring ’19 marks another first for” Tommy Now”: Tommy x Zendaya, the label’s collaboration with the 22-year-old actress, will debut in Paris.

“For spring 2019, we can think of no better place to premiere the first Tommy x Zendaya collaborative collection than Paris,” founder Tommy Hilfiger said in a release. “Our innovative ‘see-now, buy-now’ experiential show will blend our Americana heritage, Zendaya’s confidence and optimism, and the city’s iconic elements for a truly unforgettable runway event.”

Tommy Hilfiger announced its partnership with Zendaya in October, naming her global brand ambassador.

The brand’s collaboration with the “Spider-Man: Homecoming” star serves to fill a void left by the end of Tommy x Gigi, a four-season long partnership with model Gigi Hadid.

The first five seasons of the “Tommy Now” format have been successful for Hilfiger, with the innovative show experience generating buzz and leading to sold-out apparel and accessories. All runway looks from the spring ’19 show will be available to shop immediately on Tommy.com, in Tommy Hilfiger stores, on social media and through wholesale partnerships.

Zendaya Proves Gender Has No Boundaries With Her Latest Look — and We’re Obsessed

Zendaya proves yet again that there’s no gender boundary when it comes to fashion.

On Friday, the actress was spotted in Paris wearing a statement orange checkered ensemble. The look, styled by Law Roach, is straight off of Sacai’s pre-fall ’19 runway, which was presented during Paris Fashion Week Men’s in January. Pusha T was seen wearing the same houndstooth coat at Sacai’s fashion show.

Zendaya paired the outfit, featuring matching orange and black pants, which appeared to have a skirt, with Christian Louboutin heart-embellished pumps.

The singer has been vocal about her non-gender-binary philosophy. Her former label, Daya by Zendaya, never listed genders and included imagery of both sexes wearing her apparel to emphasize a message of inclusivity and freedom of expression.

She told FN, “Why would I tell somebody that they can’t wear a shirt or dress just because of a label on a tag? Wear whatever the heck you want — wear what makes you feel good. I’m providing the clothing, and you do what you want with it.”

Zendaya is in town for Tommy Hilfiger’s Tommy Now show at Paris Fashion Week, which takes place tomorrow.

In October, it was announced that she would be the new global women’s ambassador for the brand, appearing in Tommy Hilfiger’s integrated campaign beginning in spring ’19, while also launching her own see-now-buy-now Tommy x Zendaya capsule collection.

With this partnership, the company is looking to celebrate diversity while creating product that showcases her eclectic style, which is a selling point all on its own.

“I’m about empowering young people, women and people of color — everybody. I try my best to be a light source in a dark world sometimes,” she told FN at the time of her own brand launch in 2016.

Hilfiger, who sat down with FN in October, discussed the importance of inclusivity. “We look at everything and everyone, and think about how to move the needle forward,” he said. “People who were overlooked in the past are now being celebrated.”

The Disney Channel alum sported a ’70s-inspired leggy patterned dress with a bold print and an edgy thigh-high slit. She wore the dress belted at the waist.

For footwear, Zendaya went with striking thigh-high boots that exactly matched the color of her belt. The slouchy boots featured a soaring stiletto heel and a pointed vamp.

As she walked through the street of Paris en route to the event, the “Greatest Showman” actress bundled up for the cold with a brown trench coat in the same colorway as her boots.

The “Shake It Up” vet wore her brunette locks in loose waves around her face, accessorizing with some delicate rings and a necklace on a fine chain.

Zendaya has been involved in the fashion industry for several years, launching her Daya by Zendaya clothing collection in 2016 in partnership with her stylist, Law Roach. The singer’s footwear collection — which featured chic styles at a more accessible price point — followed soon after.

The partnership between Hilfiger and Zendaya was announced in October 2018. Hilfiger had teamed up with supermodel Gigi Hadid for the last few seasons, staging buy-now, see-now runway shows in various cities including Los Angeles, London and Milan.

Gigi Hadid is taking a page out of Zendaya’s fashion playbook.

Ahead of the Tommy Hilfiger fall ’19 show at Paris Fashion Week, Hadid and Zendaya stepped out in very similar ensembles today, modeling new looks from the debut Tommy x Zendaya collection.

The 23-year-old sported a long brownish red coat that belted at the waist. She wore the coat unbuttoned at the midriff to reveal a black top, which she made not boring by layering a series of necklaces.

The supermodel selected for footwear slouchy boots in the same shade, which featured a stiletto heel and a rounded vamp. The Reebok ambassador wore her hair in a high ponytail and added some statement rings and dangly earrings to finish off her ensemble.

The Dutch-Palestinian beauty was en route to Hilfiger’s fall ’19 show and collaborated with him on the buy-now, see-now Tommy x Gigi label for a few seasons, so it comes as no surprise that she selected an outfit from his latest collection today.

Interestingly, though, the look was near-identical to the ensemble Zendaya chose for the Tommy x Zendaya photo call this morning.

The 22-year-old looked chic in a similar coat, choosing a button-up trench coat in the same reddish brown shade. For footwear, she too went with slouchy thigh-high boots.

Talk about vintage FOMO. Upon entering Paris’s Theatre du Champs Elysees, showgoers to the TommyNow event were greeted with a roller disco floor, where models in roller skates were whirling and twirling to ‘70’s disco hits on a light-up floor, which was later the perfect setting to showcase the strappy metallic and wooden platforms that walked the party runway.

It was the first showing of Tommy Hilfiger’s and Zendaya’s highly anticipated see-now-buy-now capsule, which was announced in October 2018. The actress and singer is the latest in a long line of stars that the designer has tapped for collaboration, going as far back as Britney Spears upon her debut album tour in 1999.

Featuring a runway that was filled exclusively with models of color, the crowd cheered as top models like Winnie Harlow and Dilone walked down the red, white and blue light-up runway – but they cheered just as hard as size-inclusive models walked.

And they cheered even harder as the model in the last look came down the runway — none other than Grace Jones, who danced along to her own disco hit “Pull Up to the Bumper” in a sequin striped blazer, leotard, oversize gold belt and cognac leather thigh-high boots.

There were party looks aplenty, with aforementioned platforms, colorful two-tone jumpsuits and sequined separates — but there were also a lot of attainable looks, from office-friendly pantsuits to the red-and-white striped tees and tank dresses that showed first. Leather boots in knee and thigh height were done in a cognac-brown leather.

Zendaya Lights Up as Cinderella & Loses Glass Slipper During a Magical Met Gala 2019 Arrival

Zendaya took this year’s Met Gala theme — “Camp: Notes on Fashion” — very seriously.

The 22-year-old dressed up as Cinderella, wearing an elaborate light-up blue ballgown inspired by the look worn by the character in the classic Disney film.

While the “Greatest Showman” star’s shoes weren’t visible under her voluminous gown, she still played off the lost shoe trope from the movie — dropping a shoe on the red carpet (re-imagining a scene where Cinderella’s glass slipper falls off her foot while leaving the prince’s ball).

Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, dressed up as the fairy godmother and put a spell on her as she walked the red carpet. To the extent that camp implies a certain flair for the dramatic, the actress nailed it.

The look is from Tommy Hilfiger, with whom Zendaya collaborated on a see-now, buy-now collection last season.

She tied things together with a blond updo closely mirroring Cinderella’s famous hairstyle, and Zendaya carried a sparkly pumpkin-shaped clutch.

Lady Gaga is one of the hosts of this year’s Met Gala, alongside “Sign of the Times” singer Harry Styles and 23-time Grand Slam tennis champion Serena Williams. The theme is a play on a Susan Sontag essay from the ’60s.

“Camp is esoteric — a private code or badge of identity,” Sontag wrote in the essay, citing Swan Lake, Tiffany lamps and the Art Deco movement as examples.

Zendaya Embraces a Gender Non-Binary Look on ‘Spider-Man’ Media Tour

Zendaya looked chic in an unexpected outfit as she left her hotel in London last night. The actress is on a promotional tour for the latest “Spider-Man: Far From Home” sequel (in theaters July 2). The Instagram star was traveling with her costars, Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal and Jacob Batalon.

The “Euphoria” actress departed from her glamorous hotel wearing a few different shades of gray. Her trousers were held up by light gray suspenders and a matching silky silver Armani button-up shirt.

The star matched the look with a pair of black strappy sandals from Casadei. The the luxury Italian brand’s shoes elevated the actress even further with high stiletto heels.

As usual for the star, her look was beautifully gender non-binary. The former Disney Channel fixture has strong feelings about gender neutrality within the fashion industry. Her former label, Daya by Zendaya, did not assign gender sizes for any apparel, and campaigns showed men and women wearing traditional silhouettes for the opposite sex, like males in skirts, for instance.

“Why would I tell somebody that they can’t wear a shirt or dress just because of a label on a tag? Wear whatever the heck you want — wear what makes you feel good. I’m providing clothing, and you do what you want with it,” she explained to FN in March.

On Monday, the actress posed with her costars in front of the Tower of London wearing a matching tweed blazer and waistcoat along with a black neck scarf. The actress towered over her co-stars in black stiletto healed Louboutins.
